-- ImaginOn, Inc. (NASDAQ: IMON), today announced that it
will hold a telephone conference call at 5:00 PM Eastern
Standard Time on Thursday, February 24, 2000 to provide
updated information to investors. The call, which
is open to the first 200 participants, will also be broadcast
simultaneously over the Internet by Vcall.
According
to ImaginOn Chief Executive Officer David Schwartz, subjects
for discussion will include operating results for the year,
the launch of the ImOn.comTV product at NAB 2000 and business
development programs. ImaginOn's entire senior management
team will participate in the call, including Vice President
of Engineering Len Kain, Vice President of Business Development
Sue Ann von Kaeppler, Vice President of Marketing Abe Matar
and Chief Financial Officer James Newcomb.

U.S. callers wishing to participate in the call must call

Once they place the call, interested participants should
