INVESTOR CONFERENCE
 CALL FOR FEBRUARY 24, 2000

Call scheduled for 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time
on Thursday, February 24, 2000 
is open to the first 200 individuals who call 1-800-752-1405 (domestic callers) and 1-212-748-2220 (international callers) 
at 4:45PM on the day of the call;
 
 Conference call will be simultaneously broadcast
over the Internet by Vcall.

SAN CARLOS, CALIFORNIA, February 9, 2000 -- ImaginOn, Inc. (NASDAQ: IMON), today announced that it will hold a telephone conference call at 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on Thursday, February 24, 2000 to provide updated information to investors.  The call, which is open to the first 200 participants, will also be broadcast simultaneously over the Internet by Vcall.
 
According to ImaginOn Chief Executive Officer David Schwartz, subjects for discussion will include operating results for the year, the launch of the ImOn.comTV product at NAB 2000 and business development programs.  ImaginOn's entire senior management team will participate in the call, including Vice President of Engineering Len Kain, Vice President of Business Development Sue Ann von Kaeppler, Vice President of Marketing Abe Matar and Chief Financial Officer James Newcomb.
 
Domestic U.S. callers wishing to participate in the call must call 1 (800) 752-1405 at 4:45PM EST on the day of the call.  International callers must call 1 (212) 748-2220.  Once they place the call, interested participants should hold for the operator and request access to the "ImaginOn Town Meeting."

Investors and other interested parties that wish to listen to the conference call over the Internet can do so through Vcall at http://www.vcall.com.  To listen to the live call, individuals should go to the Web site at least 15  minutes early to register, download and install any necessary audio software.  For those who cannot listen to the live broadcast, a replay will be available shortly after the call and an audio transcript will be available 48 hours later at http://www.imaginon.com.
