SAN
CARLOS, CALIFORNIA, March 9, 2000 -- ImaginOn, Inc. (NASDAQ;

changes and promotions in the areas of engineering, sales
and management. According to ImaginOn Chief Executive Officer
David Schwartz all of the announcements are effective immediately.
In
the area of engineering, ImaginOn co-founder Len Kain
has resigned his position of Vice President of Engineering
because of family medical reasons. Tina Hwang,
who has served as ImaginOn's System Software Development
Manager since 1997, has been promoted to Vice President
of Engineering, filling the position vacated by Len Kain.
"All
of us wish the very best for Len and his family," Schwartz
said today. "Len has been my colleague and friend
for more than 14 years and I look forward to the day when
Len can return to ImaginOn. Until that time, we are
grateful that Len will remain actively involved as a consultant
to the Company. We are also very fortunate to have
a person of Tina Hwang's caliber to move up to serve as
Vice President of Engineering. Tina and her team have
played an instrumental role in the development of the ImOn.comTV
product line. She has demonstrated that she is a brilliant
engineer and team leader. I have every confidence
that she will continue to serve ImaginOn well in her new
position."
Prior
to joining ImaginOn in 1997, Tina Hwang held the position
of Manager of Software Development at VTEL, where she supervised
a team of 14 engineers. Prior
to
this she was with IBM for seven years, where she served
as a Technical Team Leader and Software Engineer.
Tina Hwang graduated from Cheng-Chi University in Tapei,
Taiwan, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Business. She was awarded a Master of Science degree
in Computer Engineering from San Jose State University in
San Jose, California and a Masters of Science degree in

Officer Jim Newcomb takes on two additional responsibilities
within the Company. He becomes a member of the Board
of Directors and assumes the position of Corporate Treasurer.
ImaginOn Staff Legal Counsel David Caney will now
also serve as the Corporate Secretary. Finally, ImaginOn
announced the appointment of two new Global Account Executives
to its sales team. Steve Eckle and John
