IMAGINON ANNOUNCES
PRELIMINARY FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THIRD QUARTER ENDING SEPTEMBER

results for the third quarter ending September 30, 2000,
marketing and financing will be discussed.
SAN CARLOS, CALIFORNIA, November 9, 2000
-- ImaginOn,
Inc. (NASDAQ: IMON) (www.imaginon.com) today announced preliminary
financial results for the third quarter ended September
30, 2000. Final results for the quarter may change prior
to the company's 10-QSB filing with the Securities and Exchange
Commission.
For the
third quarter, ImaginOn achieved net revenue of $167,058,
up from second quarter 2000 net revenue of $139,633 and
virtually even with the same quarter a year ago. Reflecting
the company's ongoing investments in sales, marketing, and
R&D, ImaginOn's net loss for the September 30, 2000 quarter
was $1,887,225, up from a net loss of $1,633,021 in 1999.
Including amortization of the discount and dividends on
the company's convertible preferred stock, which affected
only the 1999 quarter, the net loss applicable to common
shareholders for the current quarter was $1,887,225, or
$.04 per share, compared with a net loss of $1,760,680,
or $.04 per share in 1999.
Commenting
on the quarterly performance of the company, ImaginOn Chief
Financial Officer Jim Newcomb stated that, "ImaginOn continues
to make solid progress toward building the financing, sales,
and distribution infrastructure that will enable us to achieve
our long-term business objectives. In the last three months,
our company has received a commitment for $12-million of
equity financing and closed on $2.2-million of that financing
as of October 31, 2000. During the same time period, ImaginOn
followed up on the successful European launch of its ImOn.ComTV™
product line with two distribution agreements for worldwide
representation, released ImaginAuthor™ for Sony PlayStation®2,
released ImaginAuthor Lite for Windows PCs, and, finally,
the ImOn.comTV Internet television system was selected by
Sun Microsystems for inclusion in its iForce Internet sales
and marketing initiative."
On November
9, 2000 ImaginOn will host an investor conference call,
which will be simultaneously broadcast over the Internet
by Vcall. The call is open for interactive participation
by the first 200 individuals who call before 5:00 PM on
