SAN CARLOS, CALIFORNIA, December 13, 1999 — RockWindow Television Network (, a start-up Web-based classic-modern rock music network based in Los Angeles, California, has purchased an ImaginOn (NASDAQ: IMON) ( ImOn.comTV Internet television station to webcast music, music videos, news and celebrity interviews, beginning in Spring 2000.

Founded by Internet, radio, television, and music industry veterans whose experience covers everything from business development, production, programming, and talent, RockWindow Television Network intends to launch the first Internet Webcasting network that combines classic and modern music styles in a total interactive rock experience.  The network will feature the full and seamless integration of interactive Web functionality with television quality video, audio and broadband content.  Initially, the network will be made available through ISPs to consumers who have 28.8 or 56kbps dial-up connections.  Consumers will see the RockWindow Media Console in their browser and play back music and video content that has been automatically pre-downloaded, allowing RockWindow  to deliver VCR-quality video via modem connections.
